The Spa Suite at the Rittenhouse Hotel’s newly unveiled retreat.

Back in the spring, we let you know that the Rittenhouse Hotel would be opening a brand new (and rather giant) spa, salon and health club right there in the hotel—and we are excited to announce that it’s up and running!

The Rittenhouse Spa & Club – Hair by Paul Labrecque has opened its doors, which now means for all you brides and grooms who are either getting married at the hotel or simply getting ready in one of the lovely suites before heading out to your celebration, your morning-of beautifying just got very convenient.

Now, in the very same building, is a 3,000-square-foot spa—which includes a Spa Suite, where up to eight people can get pampered together—and a salon owned by renowned stylist Paul Labracque, who is expanding his brand at the hotel from his Manhattan base. There, you and your ladies can get your hair styled for the big day ahead of you, get a nerve-calming massage (we suggest the Quartet Massage which features, yep—two therapists), and mani/pedis with Deborah Lippman goodies.

Bonus: The interior design was inspired by the wedding dresses of Alexander McQueen—shades of white, soft lights, a wall of mirrors and scattered skylights—so you can pretty much guarantee the atmosphere will place you in the right head space for the day.

The Radiant Bride package signs you up for your hair and makeup (including trials), a manicure and pedicure and a little spa gift. The Polished Gent package gets him a back massage, hand and foot grooming, and a hot shave. (Just be sure you don’t see each other while you’re wandering around the spa being pampered!)

The spa can help you set everything up—just give ’em a call, and let them know when you’re having your Big Day.
