If you’re of the mindset that a coat or two of mascara is all you’ll need to make your eyes pop on your Big Day, we advise you to read on. While mascara can indeed do wonders on its own, you’d be surprised what a little extra TLC can do for your lashes, especially with all of the services that promise to lengthen, thicken, and darken your fringe.

Eyelash extensions, in particular, are growing in popularity on the wedding front, and for good reason—having long, lush lashes that can hold their own against wedding-day tears and stay intact through your honeymoon is a major bonus for gals who have come to rely on the mascara wand.

There are a few different types of extensions on the market now, all of which are designed to give your lashes an added oomph. Whether you want a full, natural looking set or something a bit more dramatic for the occasion, lash extensions can make a world of difference. Take a peek below for the area salons that offer ’em.

Since these lashes are applied individually, the process can take a few hours to complete. The initial cost is $250, with refills recommended every two to three weeks for an additional $125.
