After his first date with Becca Strellnauer, Jack Hyer knew that he was going to marry her, and wrote as much in his travel journal the very next day. He also knew that he was going to spend his college years traveling a lot—and so, he decided to make a video that both took advantage of all the amazing settings he found himself in (from Paris to China to Turkey) and was the most perfect lead-up ever to a fantastic proposal.

After debuting the video to his soon-to-be fiance at a dinner with their friends and family to celebrate college graduation, he revealed his plan, hatched four years ago, and got down on one knee:
