I mean, sometimes, we are doing other things on Sundays, and this just isn’t going to work. Also, maybe we don’t want to.
They chatted with everyone from local dietitians to personal trainers to find out how each of them personally manages to eat healthily throughout the week so that readers could find inspiration among their plans. And while yes, some of them do the whole shop-chop-prep thing on Sundays, many of them have other plans of attack—that include buying prepared food and eating out, just like real people do!—so you are pretty much guaranteed to find a way that works for you as you strive to eat well and get healthy and fit for that walk down the aisle.
