VIDEO: Peter Pan Stops to Propose to Wendy in the Middle of a Live Show

You know, for all the talk about engagement season, I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve seen a super duper cute/public/viral proposal (well, other than the Mummers one that happened during the parade).

Well, it was worth the wait, because this one is glorious. Via Gawker:

A performance of Peter Pan: The Never Ending Story in Glasgow’s Hydro arena was abruptly paused last weekend so the actor playing Peter could propose to the actress playing Wendy.
“So, ladies and gentlemen, normally this show would continue with Peter Pan watching Wendy and giving her a kiss,” Sandor Sturbl, 28, told a stunned audience of thousands. “Although this is not a normal show this evening.”

It involves a musical and a boy with a Dutch accent, so obviously, that already makes it awesome. (Mysterious to me, though, that he seems to keep calling her Jane Mary Sullivan when the article says Lilly-Jane Young(?), but oh well.)
