We’ve clued you in before to the awesome weekly BeWow workouts provided by our buds over on Be Well Philly, so we hope that you’re already on high click-alert for when they pop up on the Be Well blog.
This week’s, though, was a fab arm-sculpting workout created by local trainer Audrey McKenna Hasse, and because arms are most definitely in the top three body parts we are constantly hearing about brides wanting to tone up, we felt we had to specially point this one out.
So here ya go. We just might try this one tonight.
