We got an awesome tip from Be Well Philly to check out this article on PopSugar’s FitSugar. It’s all about the 25 little things you’re more than likely unknowingly doing that are sabotaging your efforts to lose weight—which, of course, kinda applies to many people as we head into this constant-holiday-party time of year—but are especially awesome tips for brides to have on hand as they try to get dress-ready before their Big Day.

And, as you might have guessed, some of them aren’t even directly food related—they’re overall health-related tips (you’ve got to get enough sleep; don’t wear clothes that are too big for you), and those are things that busy brides would do well to stay conscious of, too. We know you’re rather tired and stressed during this particular time of your life, but you sure as heck don’t want to feel—or look—that way on your wedding day.

It’s a bookmark-er. What other tips do you have, if you’re far along in your bridal health and fitness regimen?
