Just the other week, I was praising Be Well Philly for so nicely providing us not only with five classic, do-anywhere exercises that will totally get you fit and ripped for your Big Day, but about a billion variations on each one of them, pretty much guaranteeing you’d never get bored. Well, not an ab workout—41 different abdominal exercises that, too, will totally get you fit and ripped for your Big Day, specifically in the tummy area, which of course is important not only for the wedding dress, but for the donning of the bikinis on your honeymoon.
