It’s the simplest thing, but it tones up your butt and your thighs, the dreaded backs of the arms, and gives you some added flexibility in your lower back and hammies. Seems like a good enough argument to me.
So let’s add it to the list of classic, do-anywhere exercises (and loads of variations on each!) that Be Well has been kind enough to share with us over time, that, done regularly, will get you into major dress-ready shape—no matter the silhouette of your dress, and whether you want to focus on your arms, tummy or butt.
