I’ve always heard from fitness experts that the plank is one of the most effective exercises around when it comes to working your entire body. And my lovely colleague Emily Leaman over at Be Well Philly seems to agree, as evidenced by this post rounding up 25 different variations on the plank, complete with how-to videos.
What’s extra fab about these exercises is that they’re ones you can do at home, which is especially helpful for crazy-busy brides who can’t make it to the gym every other hour of their lives. Build up a big enough arsenal of moves that’ll get you dress-ready while you clean out your DVR, and you won’t sweat having to skip yoga in order to fit in that meeting with your caterer.
