My colleague Emily Leaman over at Be Well Philly starts off this post about Philly’s new virtual boot camp by mentioning that there are 108 days left until summer. Gulp.

However, for all you brides out there, we know that you’re thinking the heck with summer, and that you’ve got your own countdown going on right now: the one ’til your wedding!

That’s why we wanted to share this news, because it’s pretty cool: Unite Fitness (known as Fusion, once upon a time) is launching a new virtual boot camp—as in, like, personal training sessions that you sign up for, and then do on your own.

The program—which technically is designed for 12 weeks, but for which you have four months to complete—includes detailed instructions for four workouts a week; eating challenges; goal planning; food journaling; video demos; audio instructions, and more. You can do this at your own gym, you can do this at home, and you’ll be coached along and motivated by Unite owner Gavin McKay and his fab team the entire time.

Not a bad option for your get-dress-ready regime, is it? Read more about it here.

Unite Fitness’s next Virtual Boot Camp runs from March 18th through June 9th. It costs $149 for the program, but there’s a special discount price available now for $99. Sign up here.
