On October 6, 2012, guests of JAM 2012 celebrated a great cause at the historic Warwick Hotel in Center City Philadelphia with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society. In addition to open bars, hors d'oeuvres, and plated dinner/dessert, guests purchased chances to win raffle items donated by local vendors, including Table 31, The Public House, Ladder 15, and The Philadelphia Museum of Art. On October 3, 2012, The Klein Company celebrated the grand opening of Cherry Hill’s newest residential community, Dwell Luxury Apartments. Dwell features 233 contemporary, one-and two-bedroom residences on a scenic 13-acre site, with upscale amenities and uncommon green attributes. The evening’s festivities featured guided tours of the Dwell clubhouse; fitness center, swimming pool and sculpture garden; and model residences; among other standout spaces.
