Okooko: Philadelphia celebrated its opening on Thursday, October 4th, with an evening of New Zealand-inspired hors doeuvres, 42 Below cocktails, and a live performance by the Kahurnagi Maori Dance Theatre of New Zealand. Okooko, Maori for cradle in arms, is the first U.S. retail store of the New Zealand-based bedroom furniture manufacturer Design Mobel.
