Philadelphia Futures and professional baseball players Doug Glanville, Mike Lieberthal, Randy Wolf, Chase Utley and Jason Michaels hosted a celebration to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Sponsor-A-Scholar Program. The event raised funds for Philadelphia Futures who provides inner-city students with support and resources.

Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America held a Renaissance Ball on Saturday, May 7th at the Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing. The Ball was held to support the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley chapter of the CCFA. The evening included cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a sit-down dinner and dancing.

The Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis Center held a benefit auction to raise funds and honor visionaries on April 29th. Guests mingled with celebrities and bid on items including a lunch with Walter Cronkite and a chance to shoot hoops with Michael Jordan.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art hosted its Art After Dark party on April 16th to benefit their education department. The celebration had a carnaval theme that was enhanced by the Museum's Dalí exhibition. Guests enjoyed a pre-party cocktail reception, a Spanish-themed dinner on the East Balcony, and dessert and dancing in the Great Stair Hall. The evening also included a Dalí-inspired hunt through the galleries. Guests took part in a night of colorful masks and feathers, and were entertained by dancers, stilt walkers, and a juggler.
