The Philadelphia Museum of Art held its 4th Annual "Art After Dark" event entitled "What’s Your Couture?” in celebration of the new Hamilton Center for Costumes and Textiles on Saturday, November 3rd. Proceeds benefited the Museum’s Division of Education.

The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts hosted it's Bacchanal 9th Annual Wine Gala and Auction on Saturday, November 3rd. The Academy selected Jean-Michel Cazes, proprietor of Château Lynch-Bages and it's family of vineyards, as its honorary winemaker for the auction. The National Constitution Center hosted a dedication ceremony in honor of nationally acclaimed mosaic artist Jonathan Mandell on Thursday, November 1st. Mandell’s newest creation, "We the People," is on permanent display at the National Constitution Center.

Philadelphia magazine and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control board hosted the Fourth Annual Philadelphia Whiskey Festival on November 1, 2007, at the Crystal Tea Room. Guests sampled spirits from around the globe, mingled with Jacques Ferber models, enjoyed complimentary cigars by Holt’s Cigars, and relaxed in the C.E.O. (Chopin Extra Olives) Lounge hosted by Govberg Jewelers and Jaeger-LeCoultre.

HelpUsAdopt.org, a national nonprofit that grants financial assistance toward adoption expenses, held a cocktail reception at Neiman Marcus in King of Prussia on Thursday, November 1st, to launch its website and application process.
