On Wednesday, February 17, 2010, the Opera Company of Philadelphia hosted an extraordinary celebration of the East Coast Premiere of Tan Dun’s Tea: A Mirror of Soul and Chinese New Year 2010, at Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue. Guests enjoyed an Asian-inspired dinner, silent and live auctions, Chinese and Japanese entertainment throughout the evening and a tribute to honorary guest Tan Dun.
