On Saturday, February 21, 2009, the Pennsylvania SPCA hosted their 3rd Annual Good Dog Gala benefit. Animal lovers and supporters of the Pennsylvania SPCA gathered to celebrate individuals, rescue groups, news media and corporations who have made the biggest difference in the lives of animals throughout the Philadelphia region.
