Black Tie Tailgate Preview Gala Celebrated the 2005 Philadelphia International Auto Show. Guests danced and dined through the Auto Show's 550,000 square foot showroom. As they listened to live music, guests were offered the exclusive opportunity to observe the lastest cars in production as well as concept and exotic car models. The event proceeds benifit the Childeren's Hospital of Philadelphia through the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation.

The Annual Human Rights Campaign Gala was held at the Loews Hotel on February 26, 2005. Special guests included James Carville, former consultant to Bill Clinton and current host of CNN Crossfire. Proceeds went to the Human Rights Campaign organization who promote equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people nationwide.

The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts celebrated their 200th anniversary with a black tie gala on Saturday, January 8th. The evening started with drinks at the landmark PAFA building on Broad Street and then continued at the new Samuel V. Hamilton building up the street with dinner and dancing. The committee was large and included honorary chairs Dorrance Hamilton, Marguerite and Gerry Lenfest, and Ed Rendell; chairs Kristin and Jamie Biddle; vice-chairs Tory and Chris Burch, and Anne and Matt Hamilton.
