The American Heart Association hosted its annual Go Red For Women (GRFW) Luncheon and Health Expo at the Marriott Downtown Philadelphia on May 18, 2012. Approximately 700 guests all donned red in support of the Go Red movement and its fight to end the number one killer of women, heart disease. In addition, this year there were two Woman of Heart co-honorees: Eliana Papadakis, former First Lady, Drexel University; and Justice Sandra Schultz Newman, the first female justice elected to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The event raised almost $700,000 for local heart disease and stroke research. Photography by Daniel Burke Photography
