On Tuesday, October 18, Bill and Amy Green hosted a gluten-free dinner at their home to benefit the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA).Guests were treated to gluten-free food provided by Marc Vetri, as well as demonstrations from Chef Walter Balkiewicz (Amis) and Monica Glass (10Arts Bistro & Lounge).
