Share the Awe, Save the Murals

On May 18, 2011, over 100 people sipped cocktails and toured the Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site to learn about the Share the Awe, Save the Murals program. Led by the Catholic Chaplain's Office Restoration Committee, the program aims to preserve murals of the Catholic Chaplain's Office, including 1955 paintings by inmate Lester Smith.
