Fairmount Park Centennial Celebration

The 2011 Centennial Celebration raised almost $400,000 for the Fairmount Park Conservancy on May 24, 2011. The Conservancy is a non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life of the Greater Philadelphia region. The money will improve the Conservancy's projects like the Hunting Park revitalization and the "Growing the Neighborhood" program, which encourages corporate volunteers and residents to improve parks.
