Boyds and The Italian Trade Commission Present: La Bella Vita

On Thursday, September 30th, Boyds and the Italian Trade Commission (ITC) hosed La Bella Vita, an evening celebrating the beautiful life and all things Italian at the boutique store’s location at 1818 Chestnut Street. Boyds transformed their historic building paying homage to Italian style, and featured window vignettes with Italian beauties and Vespa displays, as well as Maserati & Lamborghini displays from F.C. Kerbeck. New collections from Italian designers such as Armani Collezioni, Bottega Veneta, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Love Moschino, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo and Etro were on display throughout the store. Various entertainment and other Italian-inspired happenings took place throughout the evening including sounds by DJ Jon Gill and DJ Neil Jackson and a special live performance by the Philadelphia Opera Company.
