Soft Opening of Isabella's

On Wednesday, September 29th, locals joined for Isabella’s (382 E Elm St, Conshohocken, PA 19428) soft opening. The place was packed, with guests ranging from Elizabeth Wellington, Nancy and David Gansky, Michael and Pam Katz, and Jennaphr Frederick to Carrie Brescia, Michele Malin Seidman, and Jamie Joffe. They enjoyed a variety of dishes, including tuna Nicoise, mussels, assorted cheeses, and brick-oven pizzas. Guests also sampled Intercourse beer. The menu emphasized organic, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients thanks to chef Michael Cappon, who was previously Director of Culinary Operations at Marathon and El Vez.
