Philly Coaches Take the Coaches vs. Cancer Ball to the Beach
On Saturday, August 8, 2009, the first couples of Philadelphia Division I college basketball hosted the annual Coaches vs. Cancer ball at the Stone Harbor Golf Club. Neil Hartman of Comcast SportsNet emceed the event, and guests enjoyed an evening of cocktails, hors’dourves, dinner, and dancing. Proceeds benefited the AstraZeneca Hope Lodge of the American Cancer Society in Philadelphia. Photography by Nell Hoving.
