11th Annual National Italian-American Political Action Committee Carnivale

On Saturday, February 7, 2009, the National Italian-American Political Action Committee's co-chairs, Mr. Vincent Mancini, Esq. and Dr. Donna Mancini, hosted the 11th Annual Carnivale.
