Uncorked

On Friday, September 19, 2008, the Pier Shops at Caesars hosted Uncorked, a wine tasting event featuring wines from around the world. Specially hors d'oeurvres were provided by Phillips Seafood, Sonsie, Buddakan, The Continental, Game On!, Souzai and The Trinity Pub. Former Philadelphia Flyer Dave Shultz was also on hand with wines from the NHL Alumni Signature Wine Series. A portion of the proceeds benefited charities chosen by the players.
