Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania 22nd Annual Take the Lead Awards Ceremony

On Monday, March 3, 2008, the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania honored women who make the world a better place at the 22nd Annual Take the Lead awards ceremony at the Philadelphia Four Seasons Hotel. Dr. Amy Gutmann, president of the University of Pennsylvania and a former Girl Scout, was presented with the 2008 Juliette Gordon Low Leadership Award, while Lisa Nutter, Valerie Ferguson, Melissa Fitzgerald, Diane Melley and Carol Wong were also honored for their examples of leadership.
