PSPCA Second Annual Good Dog Gala

On Saturday, February 23, 2008, the PSPCA held its second annual Good Dog Gala at the Loews Philadelphia. Guests brought along their canine companions to the cocktail reception, dinner and silent auction. The event raised money for the SPCA and recognized individuals who have helped in the fight to end animal cruelty.
