Baseball As America Opening Celebration

On Wednesday, February 13, 2008, the National Constitution Center celebrated the opening of Baseball As America, an exhibition examining the relationship between baseball and American culture. Sixty guests mingled with baseball Hall of Famers Robin Roberts, Brooks Robinson and Ferguson Jenkins and previewed the exhibit, which features artifacts from baseball’s early roots in the 19th century to today.
