Philadelphia magazine's Design Home 2004â„¢, located in the Water Mill Community on 35 pristine acres on the edge of Springton Lake in Media, PA, will be open for public tours Thursdays through Mondays from May 1st through May 24th. Using nothing but the finest materials and cutting-edge technology inside and outside, the team of talented and ingenuous builders and designers created a truly magnificent home.
