Black Tie and Boots Ball
On Saturday, May 10, 2008, a Black Tie and Boots Ball was held to honor the Bryn Mawr Hospital Community and to celebrate the Emergency Department expansion. Guests, clad in cowboy boots, were invited to cocktails and a buffet dinner at Ardrossan, one of the Main Line’s expansive estates. Proceeds benefited the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair Foundation.
The Seventh Annual Philadelphia Wine Festival 2008
On Saturday, May 10, 2008, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and Philadelphia magazine presented the Seventh Annual Philadelphia Wine Festival 2008 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Guests enjoyed nearly 200 of the worlds finest wines and dishes from some of Philadelphia's finest restaurants. Benefited the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
WHYY President’s Dinner
On Tuesday, May 8, 2008, WHYY hosted a President’s Dinner to honor Gwen Ifill, host of the PBS news program, who received the 2008 WHYY Lifelong Learning award. Guests enjoyed a reception and dinner at the WHYY Technology Center. Proceeds benefited WHYY.

Settlement Music School Centennial Gala
On Saturday, May 3, 2008, the Settlement Music School recognized its top 40 honorees as part of its search for eclectic and diverse alums. Marriot Philadelphia hosted the crowd of nearly 800 people in Franklin Hall. Guests enjoyed cocktails, dinner and dancing.

Sip 411 Launch Party
On Tuesday April 29, 2008, Philadelphia magazine, Brown-Forman, and Remy Cointreau hosted the launch party for SIP 411. PEARL played the perfect host to guests who enjoyed a sampling of specialty cocktails from Finlandia, Cointreau, Tequila Herradura and more. The evening also featured scrumptious lite-bites from PEARL upstairs in their uber-cool lounge.
