President Obama to Campaign for Hillary Clinton at the Art Museum Next Week

Obama will make a stop in Philly on the heels of two visits from GOP nominee Donald Trump.

President Barack Obama will campaign for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art on Tuesday, September 13th.

Obama’s free and public speech will kick off at Eakins Oval at 1:45 p.m. Doors open at 11:45 a.m. Those interested in attending the event can RSVP here.

Obama will campaign in Philadelphia on the heels of two visits from GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, whose appearances were (unsurprisingly) met with some mild resistance.

Quinnipiac University released its latest Swing State Poll yesterday, which claims that Clinton and Trump are running a close race, with Clinton ahead of Trump among Pennsylvania poll participants by 48 to 43 percent. According to Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight, the Quinnipiac University poll receives an A- grade and has a slight Republican bias.
