Police Say This Guy Threw a Rock Through the D.A.’s Window

It happened at 2:19 a.m. on Wednesday, authorities say.

Police are looking for a man who threw a rock at the District Attorney’s office early Wednesday morning.

The man fled after throwing the rock as he walked by the office, located at 3 South Penn Square near City Hall. Authorities say the rock caused the window to shatter in an act of vandalism.

Police described the suspect as a male with a beard, wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with writing, dark pants, dark shoes, and a black backpack. It’s still unclear if the incident was random or targeted.

The D.A.’s office declined to comment on the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the PPD.
