Man Arrested for Online Threat to Chester Police

He was reportedly upset about arrest of girl accused of making racist threats.

Just a day after a girl was arrested for making a racist threat against the Chester Upland school district, a man has been accused of threatening Chester Police in a related incident.

NBC10 reports that investigators say 23-year-old David Milbourne, of Media, was upset about the girl’s arrest and posted online threats against the department. It’s unknown if there is a relationship between Milbourne and the girl.

The girl was arrested early Wednesday, investigator said, because of a post made to the picture-sharing Instagram. That  postthreatened shootings at Chester Upland District schools, Chester Community Charter and Chichester High School, and included emoji images of of guns, a casket, a knife and horned-faces.

Milbourne reportedly faces charges of making terroristic threats and harassment.
