WATCH: Protesters, Security Clash at Donald Trump’s Pa. Society Appearance

Demonstrators dragged out when they interrupt Trump's midday speech with Keystone Republicans

Our friends at PennLive have this video of protesters being dragged out of Donald Trump’s midday speech to the Pennsylvania GOP:

John L. Micek reports that the protesters bought tickets to the fundraiser — part of activities for the ritzy Pennsylvania Society weekend bash in New York — and were dragged out by security when they tried to interrupt Trump’s speech.

“Trump is exploiting a racial divide,” Zakarariah Kronemer, who is of Egyptian descent, told Micek. “It’s leading to violence in the Arab community [in America]. The people must interrupt him anywhere he is invited to speak.”

Trump’s appearance before Pennsylvania Republicans was already shaping up as controversy magnet, even before his recent suggestion that Muslims should be barred from entering the United States.

Micek reports, however, that Trump’s Friday speech didn’t necessarily leave a favorable impression. “It was a lot of what I’ve heard before,” said Gene Barr, president and CEO of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. “There was nothing groundbreaking.”
