Young Boy Found Wandering In LOVE Park
He was found shoeless on Friday night.

The Philadelphia Police Department is trying to find out why the child seen in this photo was wandering around LOVE Park alone.
On Friday night, an adult noticed the child, who didn’t have any shoes on. A nearby SEPTA transit cop came to assist, and the young boy was taken to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He appeared to be unharmed.
On Saturday morning, the Special Victims Unit said that police have now determined who the boy’s parents are and that DHS is involved. A SVU sergeant indicated that the boy had not been reunited with his parents.
