WATCH: Suspect Sought in Robbery of 69-Year-Old in Gayborhood

He asked the victim for money. When the victim took out his wallet, police say this man pushed him down and stole it.

Philadelphia Police are looking for a man who they say robbed a 69-year-old man at 13th and Locust in Center City.

The robbery took place on Tuesday, according to police. At 10:42 p.m., the suspect approached the victim and asked for money. When the victim took a dollar out of his wallet to give to the man, the suspect pushed the man to the ground and stole the victim’s wallet.

The suspect was last seen fleeing on Locust Street. Police released the following description:

Suspect Description: White male, 30 years-of-age, 5’10″, 160lbs., blue eyes, short brown hair, wearing a brown shirt, and gray sweatpants.
