VIDEO: Suspect in Sexual Assault of Temple Student

Philadelphia Police today released video surveillance footage from the SEPTA Broad Street Line that shows the man they say sexually assaulted and robbed a 20-year-old woman on the 1400 block of Carlisle Street. He was armed with a silver handgun.

The suspect is described as a black male, mid 20 years-of-age, thin build, 6’0″, dark complected, goatee, wearing blue jeans, black boots, green of gray vest style puffy jacket over a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, black hat, and armed. He was seen going southbound from the Erie stop on the Broad Street Subway.
