Philadelphia Police put out this release this morning:

On Friday, March 13, 2015, at approximately 2:50 AM, Officers responded to a radio call for an Abduction on the 2800 block of Hope Street. While an Officer was responding to the location, he was flagged down on the 2700 block of Front Street, by the complainant’s mother (24 year old female), and her friend (21 year old female). The complainant’s mother stated that a male had taken her four year old son without permission and left her house which is on the 2800 block of Hope Street. The Officer had both females get into his patrol car and began to survey the area, and relayed flash information through police radio. The complainant’s mother stated that she had spoken to the male on her cell phone, but he would not tell her their location. The complainant’s mother stated that the male is her ex-boyfriend who was staying at her house; however, he is not the Yandel’s natural father.
