Service on SEPTA’s Warminster Regional Rail line has been suspended in both directions, from Warminster to Glenside Station, after live electrical wires fell on a train, trapping 500 passengers.
“The incident happened along SEPTA’s Warminster Line near the Roslyn station,” CBS Philly reports. “According to SEPTA officials, the train has been stopped after live wires fell and landed on top of the train. SEPTA workers are currently working to de-energize the wires.”
The train had been traveling from Warminster to Center City.
