$20,000 Reward Offered in Murder of Nicki Minaj Crew Member

He was killed on Wednesday morning outside a Philly bar.

On Wednesday afternoon, we told you that a Nicki Minaj crew member had been killed outside of a bar in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. And on Wednesday evening, the Philadelphia Police Department announced that there is a $20,000 reward in the case.

According to police, the $20,000 reward is standard in any homicide case in Philadelphia. No additional reward had been offered by Minaj’s camp as of Wednesday night.

Two of Minaj’s crew members were stabbed during a fight that spilled onto the street outside of Che’ Bar on Stenton Avenue. Twenty-nine-year-old crew member Devon Pickett was killed, while 27-year old Eric Reed remains in stable condition.

On Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at approximately 2:35 AM, complainant #1 (29 year old male) and complainant #2 (27 year old male) were stabbed during an altercation with unknown offenders on the highway outside of the Che’ Bar and Grill located on the 6300 block of Stenton Avenue.

Prior to Police arrival, the complainants were transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center by private auto. Complainant #1 had sustained multiple times in the torso and was pronounced at 2:45 AM; complainant #2 is listed in critical condition with stab wounds to his left arm and left side.

Complainant #1- has been identified as 29 year old Devon Pickett from Bronx, New York

Offender Description (s): Unknown male, age 30, 5’8″, light complexion, thin build, 160 lbs, full beard, wearing a black and grey jacket, last seen in a dark gold, Buick Lesabre, unknown direction.
