Harvey Pollack, the 92-year-old statistician for the Sixers, was seriously injured in a one-car crash on Thursday evening.

The Sixers say Pollack suffered multiple internal injuries and a broken jaw in the car wreck.

Pollack — who has worked in the NBA since the league was founded as the Basketball Association of America — was the statistician for the Philadelphia Warriors before they moved to San Francisco. He is the man who famously scribbled “100” on the famous photo of Wilt Chamberlain taken after he scored 100 points in a game. He’s been in the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame since 2005.
