Psst: The 76ers Won a Game
They beat the Miami Heat after a big rally.
The 76ers won just their fourth game of the year Tuesday night — a Festivus miracle! — rallying to beat the Miami Heat, 91-87.
When the 76ers beat the Heat at the beginning of last season there was a lot of excitement that A) maybe the team wasn’t that bad and B) because the Heat were defending champions.
This season, we already definitively know the Sixers stink, and Miami is 13-16, having sent LeBron James back to Cleveland and, kind of like the Sixers, unlikely to contend for a championship this year.
Still, a win’s a win. There’s still a chance this could not be the worst NBA team ever. Good job, guys! [ESPN]
