Delaware Governor Tweets Out Photo of Estonian Model

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell sent out this inexplicable, hilarious image attached to a tweet this morning. I have no idea how Markell attached the image to this banal tweet. His previous deleted tweets don’t have much of interest, certainly not anything as interesting as this.
An inappropriate photo was inadvertantly sent out earlier. We are looking into how this occurred but apologize to anyone who was offended.

Markell has since deleted the tweet. I don’t know why he apologizes for offending anyone, though: It was just a photo of a woman!
The photo is still up on Ow.ly. It comes from an account called PreciousLittle and was posted in December 2010. Precious Little is Darja, an Estonian model who now posts to Instagram more often. (She’s getting married soon, and we wish her the best!)
