WATCH: Teen Sets Off Explosion in North Philly Takeout

The Oriental Kitchen Take-Out on N. 18th Street in Francisville was damaged after a teenager set off an explosion.

Philadelphia police are looking for a teenage boy who set off a massive explosion at the Oriental Kitchen Take-Out on N. 18th Street in Francisville.

The teen, who cops say is about 14 years old, put a small incendiary device in a wall panel and fled. It exploded several seconds later.
