Teen Arrested in Video Punching Incident

Man was sucker-punched while waiting for trolley.

Upper Darby Police have arrested the teen they believe responsible for a “knockout game” attack last week on a commuter waiting for a trolley.

Trent Epps, 18, is being held in the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond, facing misdemeanor charges of assault, harassment, and the making of terroristic threats.Police are seeking three associates they believe were with him during the incident.

Inky reports: “In the video of the incident, the assailant can be seen engaging the older man, who was sitting inside the Aronimink Station about 1 p.m. on June 11, in conversation. He then turns and delivers a vicious sucker punch to the man’s head.” (Inquirer)
