Rain Expected to Soak Philly

From the same system that spawned tornadoes in the South.

AccuWeather.com reports: “While the week started on a dry note, a slow-moving storm has the potential to unload a couple of inches of rain on the Philadelphia area at midweek. The same storm responsible for severe weather and tornadoes over the Central states the past couple of days will send periods of rain through the mid-Atlantic and into the Northeast Tuesday and Wednesday.” Some flash flooding is expected.
