8% sales tax on $1.29B is $103MM. Ending the sales tax exemption for legal services, would go a long way to filling the budget gaps and funding the schools. This city’s 2 biggest industries get the biggest tax breaks (Universities – Penn) and we all complain about Comcast. Any chance of the politicians/lawyers in Harrisburg taking up this issue? NOT!
