Another Reporter Is Getting Harassed by Penn State Students

Her crime: Tweeting about student-athlete shenanigans.

Patriot-News reporter Anna Orso caught Penn State QB Michael O’Connor hammered on the streets of State College during the annual State Patty’s Day bacchanalia. So she tweeted about it.

For that and another tweet about O'Connor bitching out new coach James Franklin, that's the kind of message flooding her twitter replies right now. Shades of Sara Ganim... Anyways, Poynter has much more on this latest tale of bad PSU behavior.

Um…you may want to point out that the “Pat Chambers” tweet in this article is not actually from the PSU head basketball coach, but a satirical account.

Oh please,,try tweeting something worthwhile, or reporting news. Keep us informed if he, or another student or athlete oders pizza.

What’s even bigger news is thousands of PSU kids are stumbling drunk around that town every week. Every Thursday – Saturday looks like St. Paddy’s Day at that school. It’s way too easy to get into that school, and as a result a lot of half-witted dopes end up there falling down drunk. There’s a reason it’s always ranked #1 party school. And in case you’re wondering how they get that ranking, it’s b/c their own students report more partying and less studying than any student body in America. And the classes are so easy that they don’t fail out. It’s a low rent institution.
